WordPress – How To Install A Theme

So you’ve just installed the latest version of WordPress and would like to change up the look with a different theme. Here are quick, easy steps to do so:

1. Download a theme of your choice (There are many free WordPress themes available on the web)

2. Upload the folder containing all of the files for the new template to your wp-content/themes/ directory

3. Log into WordPress as Admin

4. Click ‘Presentation’

5. If the ‘Themes’ section is not already open, click the link for ‘Themes’

6. Click on the screen shot of the theme you would like installed

Check out your WordPress site ’cause you’re done!
